In the past, colour combinations were chosen by a pregnant woman in her choice of paint and furniture, and it was very popular and accepted. People used to choose whether the room would be dark or light depending on how pregnant they were or on the sex of the baby. That is certainly not the case any more.
It’s very crucial not to choose colours that are too Victorian or too quiet, or too sophisticated and sophisticated (whatever it happens to be), when pregnant, because they tend to become highly emotional and disturbing for some. What I think happens more than anything is that the pregnant mother will suddenly react very strongly and loudly to what is happening to her. You see, recently, there has been an awful lot of media hype surrounding it and some unscrupulous people have been trying to exploit this mood and will take advantage whichever way they can, including by trying to instigate a belief in some people that it is normal to be violent and then trying to get pregnant.
This normally happens at the worst possible time of all, which is when you’re not pregnant and trying to get pregnant and getting near to accomplishing that goal. During this period of time you are most happiest and sympathetic and you will feel the most fears. Whether the pregnancy is planned or unplanned, it has upset the general opinion and it affects everyone equally.
Both of these extremes, however, are against nature and unless you are extremely sensitive, you should avoid them. A woman can use her body to protect herself and the baby inside from emotional stress and also Advantage Stress. Relaxation and visibility are also important, the more you can see the more stressed you will become.
Another important point to consider is your surroundings. Ideally the place you choose should be more than one level above your waist line, but not so high that you cannot see down or reach. standing in the place can be very stressful and you should therefore make sure it’s not a glass building or anything that you are not familiar with. Your life is very precious and so are yours and your baby’s. You therefore need to make sure that everything about your room is in harmony with nature and the gym. A room without a comfortable chair and table will be even more poorly placed – emotional stress will get worse and worse (although not to worry, there are some things you can do to overcome this).
You will also need to think about the light coming into the room or the heat coming into it. It is vital that you remove all the curtains at least during the first three months of pregnancy, and this will ensure that you are as comfortable as you can be. When looking about for a dresser, don’t look for anything too cuddly or plush or for that matter elegant or too simple, ‘relax’ is the key thing. Excite people around you and don’t be just yourself and don’t be inhibited about using your creativity. Your baby needs to be relaxed as much as you are.
Also make sure every room in the house has good ventilation, or you’ll end up with headaches and will really disrupt the rest of your life.
This will be the stage in your pregnancy when you will be most at risk of getting syllpitus. Just remember to keep the air circulating around you at all times and do the laundry (them like the rest of you, stay away from the perfume and colognes…). Take very good care of yourself and your health and you will look after your baby just as well. Good luck.
